How we handle data.

Website analytics

We collect limited first-party usage events—including page views, referral information, campaign parameters and calls-to-action—to understand site performance. Visitor identifiers are one-way hashed and rotate daily. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Lead information

Information submitted through the growth-analysis form is stored in the Full Funnel Lab lead workspace so the agency team can review and follow up on the request.

Separated private systems

Hofan’s internal AMC workbench and meeting dashboards are restricted to agency users. Customer accounts use a separate portal and customer-report store. Internal agency reports are never assigned or exposed to customer accounts.

Security and retention

Access, session and analytics records are retained for operational security and service improvement. Contact your Full Funnel Lab representative to request access, correction or deletion of account data.
